Gîte de France number 938, it is 60 meters square, on 2 levels.
On the ground floor there are: one living room with a fitted kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed, one bathroom and separate toilets.
On the first floor there are: one bedroom with two single beds, one mezzanine with a double bed.
Devices: a flat screen TV in the living-room, free WiFi, a washing-machine, a dish-washer, a micro-wave.
The heating is an electric one. For winter stays, the costs are around 30 euros per week depending on the weather (outside temperatures).

15 PERSONS COTTAGE
This cottage can welcome 15 persons on two separate floors. There is a day part and a night part which do not connect together. There is a WIFI access in each part.
The night part, with the bedrooms, is located at the back of the house (north side). There are 5 bedrooms: one on the ground floor with one double bed and two single beds and four bedrooms on the first floor: one bedroom with a double bed and three bedrooms with a double bed + one single bed. All the bedrooms have their own bathroom and toilets.
The day part is the located at the front of the house (south side). There are: a dining-room with a 16 persons table + an 8 persons table, a living-room with a flat screen TV, a fitted kitchen (electric oven, a freezer, a dish-washer, a washing-machine, a clothes-dryer, a micro-wave, two cookers with four rings each and a sink.
The heating is electric and fuel-oil.
